Q: I am a retailer of pet products and would love to carry Pawsality products, what should I do?
A: You should email hello@pawsality.com and introduce yourself!
Q: Is local shipping in Hong Kong really FREE?
A: Yes it is! At least for now. So make the most of it!
Q: Is shipping FREE internationally?
A: Yes! But only for orders over US$30.
Q: So what do I pay in shipping if I only order something small?
A: Nothing if you live in Hong Kong. Everywhere else, the flat fee is US$7.00
Q: Where does Pawsality ship out from?
A: Pawsality is based in Hong Kong, so all orders ship from here for now.
Q: Where can I see the product before I buy it?
A: Please check the Stockists page to see if there are any close to you.
Q: What happens if my product is defective?
A: Please email hello@pawsality.com and we will replace it for you. If purchased through Amazon you can contact them instead and they will send out a new one to you.
Q: I can't find the tag that I want for my dog, what should I do?
A: You should email hello@pawsality.com and suggest the tag of course!
